An enterprising person brimming with energy, at 67 years of age, Mr Sundaresan is a seasoned Banker. His impressive career got a boost with his posting at the prestigious Reserve Bank of India Bangalore. Mr. Sundaresan later joined Syndicate Bank as a Management trainee.

The distinguished personality has handled various senior management positions in Branch Operations, Regional Operations, Treasury and Investment Banking including Merchant Banking as well.

Owing to his accomplishments, Mr. Sundaresan was later rewarded with an opportunity to head a joint venture as Director of Operations for Finance Company in Hong Kong, promoted by three public sector banks.

With an incredible exposure to banking and management, the dynamo has also had the experience of heading investment-banking activities including merchant banking and debt market operations.

Owing to his exceptional career graph, he is on the advising panel of some of the leading private sector banks in treasury management, more specifically in debt market.

Mr. Sundaresan has travelled lengths and breadths of the world and has attended many seminars and conferences. He has also been a member of All India Debt Market Dealers Association, Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India, Association of Merchant Bankers, and Consultative Committee of National Stock Exchange.
