Candidate selection at SAVI is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients' needs and goes all the way to follow-up with both clients and candidates post recruitment.
Our Methodology

Understand the Organization
We will meet with key stakeholders important to the search to understand your organizations history, culture and operating structure.

Define the Job Role & Description
The role will be prepared based on our discussions and will be shared with serious candidates for the position. It describes the key success factors and priorities of the position, as well as candidate specifications including competencies, experiences, background and personal traits.
This document will be reviewed with the clients and serve as a guide in determining whom we will contact during the course of the search.

Identify Candidates
Upon approval of the job role & description by the clients, we will begin to search for candidates by using targeted search, candidates database reviews and candidates generated through the clients own sources.

Evaluation & Shortlisting
Candidates will be evaluated in terms of their skill sets, experience and their interest in the role. In addition to personal interviews, we may use independent 3rd party Psychometric assessment tools at an extra fee.
For the final shortlisted candidates, we will prepare a detailed profile and evaluation summary to facilitate the final client interview process.

Interviews
Interviews will be arranged between the short listed candidates and customer representatives. On receiving candidate feedback, we will work with you to draw up the final shortlist.

Background & Reference Checks
You have the option of requesting a background check on candidates at an extra fee. This would be organized through an independent 3rd party agency for a fee.

Offer Roll Out
On behalf of the client, we can present the offer and explain it to the selected candidate.

Follow-Up
SAVI stays in touch with the hired candidate between 60 and 90 days after he/she has started on the job.
